Refund Policy

We aim to deliver software that is premium, reliable, and genuinely helpful. Because PDR provides a free web demo and publishes clear system requirements, refunds are limited and assessed carefully.
1. Refund Window
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase.
2. Valid Reasons for Refund
A refund may be approved if:
- the software fails to function as advertised,
- a technical issue cannot be resolved after reasonable support attempts,
- the activation system fails permanently and cannot be restored.
3. Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be issued for:
- user error or incorrect usage,
- unsupported or corrupted file types,
- loss of data resulting from lack of backups,
- dissatisfaction with results after full processing (the demo exists for testing),
- misuse of licences or attempts to bypass lifetime-eligibility rules.

Refunds, if approved, are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider.
